Shanghai Hanbell was established in 1996 and listed on Shenzhen A-share market in 2007. HANBELL's RC2 series semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor currently has more than 20 models; each compressor can match two high-efficiency motors A or B, so that the RC2 series expands to more than 40 models.
Newly launched model RC2-1020-1530, compared with standard RC2 models, have similar appearance, higher performance and larger displacement.
Multi-type and large discharge volume
RC2 series compressors have increased from 14 models of RC series to more than 40 models. On the basis of the original high discharge volume models, 4 models with maximum discharge volume of 1527 m3/hr (50Hz) have been developed.
High-efficient motor
Compared with the RC series compressor, the motor of RC2 series compressor has higher efficiency, which can ensure that the compressor operate effectively. In addition, Hanbell supply two type (A or B) motor for choice to meet different working conditions.
To ensure RC2 compressor operate stably and high-efficiently in harsh conditions for a long time, whole series motor is developed with low-loss silicon steel core, motor cooling channel, refrigerant diversion design.
Application of refrigerant
Besides R22, RC2 compressor is also suitable for other refrigerant such as R134a, R407C, R404A, R507 etc.
New protection module
RC2 compressor is developed with new protection module INT69HBY Diagnose. Based on original protection module INT69, INT69HBY Diagnose is updated with protection for anti-phase and phase-loss, new fault record function; which can protect the compressor more comprehensively.
New high voltage model
Newly developed model RC2-1270HV/1530HV can meet the special requirement of voltage such as 6KV/10KV; more information about high voltage model, please contact with Hanbell directly.
