The minimum saturated suction temperature of the conventional single stage screw compressor is -40~-50 °C. If you want evaporate temperature at -60~-65°C,you need multi unit of single stage compressors. Meanwhile, the high pressure ratio working condition brings problems such as excessive leakage and high discharge temperature during compression, which results in low reliability and low efficiency for the single-stage compressor operating in such harsh conditions.
While the compound two-stage compressor well solves above problems. Compared to the two-stage compressors and multi unit of single stage compressors, the compound two-stage compressors occupy less space and the system is easy to control, so it's more efficiency and reliable.
For above reasons, Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. specialized in the development of LT series two-stage screw refrigeration compressors which is composed of two types: the semi-hermetic type (-S) and open type (-G). Motor cooling channel

Junction box never frosts
The junction box of the LT compressor is arranged in the middle temperature zone, even if it is operated at -65 °C for a long time, there will be no frosting.
